　   If I had enough money to buy either a house or a business, Idbuya house. A business may succeed or fail. Its also possible Imightchange my mind about what I wanted to do in business.However, ahome is a lifetime gift to myself. 

　　center now Im in a small apartment, with barely enough roomforeverything. All my furniture and the things Ive accumulatedsinceI center college barely fit. I have almost no closet spacecenter. Thismeans my clothes are always wrinkled because theyrecrushedtogether. I dont have anyplace to put my cleaning supplies,norroom for more than one set of sheets and towels. A new housewouldmean a lot more room for all these things.

　　I love having plants around. Its very healthy for the airinsideand its cheerful to have living things growing in a room.centernow I have plants sitting on tables. This is the best I cando inan apartment. Id like to have a garden instead. That way Icouldgrow a lot of different kinds of plants and flowers, and Icouldhave a vegetable garden in the summer.

　　Besides having a garden, Id like to have a backyard with lotsoftrees and a small fountain in the corner. I love watching birdsandlistening to them sing. On the windowsill of my apartment, Iputout bird seed every morning. In the hot weather, I put outashallow tin plate with water in it for the birds. The trees andthefo 

untain in my backyard would give me pleasure, but theydreallybe for the birds. The trees would give them a place to nest,andthe fountain would be a source of fresh water when its hot. 

　　Can you picture my dream house? A business would only givememoney. A house would give me someplace special tobemyself.

　　Some people prefers to purchase a house if he has enoughmoney,and other people would like to purchase a businessinstead.Personally, I would prefer buying a house because I thinkit hasmore advantages.

　　There more numerous reasons why I would like to purchase ahouse,and I would in here explain a few of the most important ones.Themain reason is that it will make many benefits to our lives. Ifyoupurchase a house, you will have a quiet, fixed place to do yourownbusiness, for example, you can work at home, you can have apartywith your friends or relatives in your house and so on.

　　Another reason why I advocate the attitude of purchasing ahouseis that its convenient for us to relax ourselves. Nowadays,we allhave to work hard almost every day and it will be beneficialfor usto relax ourselves in our spare time. We can do manyexercises orgo out for entertainment. But if it happens to rain orsnow, whatshould we do? We could enjoy ourselves also, if we haveahouse.

　　Last but not least, its a requisite for a family. If youamarried man, you have to be responsible to your family, yourwifeand your children. Basicly, its most important to provideenoughspace to your children to grow up. And do you agree thatitshelpful for your wife to cook in a larger kitchen?

　　Of course, choosing purchasing a business also has advantagestosome extent, for example, you can make yourself more wealthandexperienced. But if all these factors are contemplated,theadvantages of purchasing a house carry more weight than thoseofpurchasing a business. From what has been discussed above, wemayfinally draw the conclusion that if you purchase a h

　　If I had the chance of purchasing either a house or a business,Iwould prefer the latter. There are a lot of reasons for thechoice,and I would like to put them in the following way.

　　First, we live to improve ourselves, not just to satisfyourdemands for material comforts. Indeed, it is everybody’s dreamtolive in a luxurious house with spacious rooms, privateswimmingpools and servants. What a nice picture of life! But wait,abusiness can offer more. Buying a business and run it will notonlygive us a chance to challenge our ability and skills, but alsocanhelp accumulate our wealth. There is nothing more satisfyingthanwatching your knowledge, ability and investment turningintowealth.

　　Second, the choice of being an entrepreneur means that you areaspiritually strong person, you are confident about your selfandyou have the nerve to face the possible loses in a business.Theseare very important qualities to success in today’s world. Ontheother hand, choosing to buy a house means relativelymoreconservative, shorter sighted to me. I cannot see much visionandgut in these people.

　　Third, choosing to purchase and run a business can us getmoreknowledge and experiences. A business is a complex system. Inorderto run a business well, we must learn very hard for themostcurrent knowledge of management, accounting and marketing. Wealsohave to know the area of specification very well, dealingwithvarious people from government agencies, suppliers and dealers,aswell as our own employees. Of course, a business is notalwaysmaking money, sometimes there are risks of lose. But what toregretafter you already acqui

　　All above are just some reasons for my choice. And I am surethatthis choice will be a good choice, whatever the outcome may be.
