1.all over the place：乌七八糟的;四处都是

3.at odd：争论;不分歧

Paraphrase: cannot agree or argue with someone

如：Although it sounded odd, this is the only way to describe this behavior.

而odds 只能当名词,意义是：几率;胜算;不对等;差异

4.be that as it may：即便如此，虽然那样; 话虽如此

Paraphrase: even so, even now
