Why do you fire me?

6.你们违反了合同。
You violated the contract.

7.我不能失去这个工作。
I can't lose this job.

8.这太不公平了。
It's unfair.

9. 我能得到一些赔偿金吗？
Can I get some compensation?

10.我被解雇了，没有如何解释。
I was fired without any explanation.

A:John,could you come to my office? I need to talk to you.
B:Sure. I'll be there as soon as I finish this document.
A:No.Come here right now.
B:OK.
A:What's the matter?
B:I'm sorry to say that we have to let you go,John.
A:Why? I work very hard.
B:Well,you're working very hard but not efficiently.And you don't work well with other employees.
A:Well,some of those other guys are not the same kind I'd like to communicate with,but if that's important to you. I'll try to get along with them.
B:I'm afraid it's too late. We are downsizing our workforce and you'll have to go.
A:It's unfair.
B:We can give you the option of resiging rather than being fired, because it will look better on your resume wehn you apply for another job if you resign.
A:OK.I need to think about that for a while.
B:All right, but let me know your decision before the end of the day.
