Sometimes, phone numbers are given with some English letters at the end of the number.
For Example, 1-866-310-TIPS becomes 1-866-310-8477.
This is especially true with business numbers and some government numbers.
Remember that number keys 2 through 9 on telephones also have several letters of the alphabet printed on them.
To dial a phone number that has been given as letters, just look at the telephone keypad and find the number key that corresponds to the letter.

905-234-BLUE
409-456-BELL
有时电话号码的后四位数不是数字而是四个大写的英文字母。
例如，1-866-310-TIPS，这实际上是1-866-310-8477.
这种表示法多用于商业电话和政府部门的工作电话。
在电话键盘上数字键2-9上印有按着字母顺序排列的大写英文字母。
拨打带字母的电话，看键盘，找对应字母的数字键。
