　　例子：例如最近出现在病毒Zika，对于新生儿的脑子发育具有极大的威胁。这种病毒是通过蚊子的叮咬进行传播的。因此如果是一个合格的领导应该立即限制这个地区的旅游业发展，防止这种病毒的蔓延。同时，应该提醒现在该地区的夫妇不要做生孩子的计划。防止孩子一出生就受到伤害。

　　结论： 突然出现的紧急事件和巨大危机使的领导人和政治家具备很强的领导力变的非常必要

　　3.　论点：学会收集意见的能力很重要

　　解释：人无完人，即使一个领导拥有再强的领导力，他依然有可能犯错。因此，接受批评的能力就变的很重要

　　例子：在面对很多重大的决策的时候，领导人都应该去倾听来自各方面的声音。就比如美国州长的选举这件事可以看出来，一个政治领导人必须学会搜集来自于民众的反馈，这样才能了解到民众对于社会的快速发展所带来的一些积极和消极的影响分别是什么，这样才能最终做出能够给民众们带来好处的政策。例如，美国政府发现上大学的学费太贵，那么总统就决定进行教育的改革，甚至在一次公开演讲中，奥巴马发表演讲说要使community college 的教育对于学生来说都是免费的。

　　At present, what becomes the necessity for a qualified leader has raised a heated controversy among the general public especially when the general election in underway. In this situation, some people think communicating well with others should be prioritized for a leader since those presidential candidates are supposed to communicate well with the public and their opponents. However, I believer there are other two more required characteristics even though the effective communication techniques can bring many advantages.

　　For one thing, when it comes to leadership, politicians and business leaders have to cultivate the distinguished and rudimentary technique, leading to the constant progress of a company. To be more specific, the effective leadership can help make quick and proper decisions when confronted with the relentlessly changing environment. Take the recent report related to the contagious virus called Zika as an example. In Latin America and Africa, the eruption of Zika disseminated by the mosquitoes has aroused massive panic and damage to local residents. Then, it is the effective leadership of local politicians that contributes them to issue the advisory to alert local couples postpone the plan to have a baby since it has been proved Zika would have greater detrimental impact on the new-born infants by undermining their brain. Besides, the officials in America also promulgated a notice to ask citizens not to visit those regions since they may become the virus carrier just like patients suffering from malaria, which means that the virus can spread through infected mosquitos even it can not disseminate directly through people. Obviously, the constantly shifting environment necessitates the effective leadership.

　　For another thing, collecting suggestions around them appears to be crucial for leaders since everyone including peerless leaders may make mistakes even if he or she has strong leadership. Thus, to be a successful leader, leaning how to receive corrective suggestions is inevitable. In other words, when it come to a head of the government, what he is supposed to do is to collect advices from general public such as the positive impacts and negative influence of such fast-changing society to the common citizens, making it more possible for him to make the most appropriate decisions and benefit people in every corner of country. A recent policy set by American government may demonstrate my point of view. The high price of tuition has been complained by each class in the American society, leading the government to make relative measurements to innovate the mechanisms of education. Even in a public speaking, Obama determined to set the tuition of community college could be affordable for everyone. Obviously, it is exceedingly vital for leaders to collect and adopt suggestions.
