　　工业发展史

　　美国邮政发展历史，美国邮政系统发展非常广泛。报纸邮递遍及各地，但是私人邮件非常贵。针对此项问题，共和党人认为信息的传播非常重要，各地区的负责人都需要依赖于邮件进行传递。由此引出建设新型邮政系统的必要性。通过对此项的描述引出美国邮政的新发展，以及墨西哥边境的居民都很了解政治。邮政的发展同时很大程度上影响了美国民众的生活和物价。

　　Policy:将music theater(art center)改造为教室

　　Reason1: 有利于吸引容纳更多学生上课

　　Reason2: 很少学生使用

　　Reason1:用作教室不现实、不方便—— art center的地址离学校很远，下了课需要很匆忙地赶到目的地，容易迟到。

　　Reason2: 其实还是有学生使用该场地——学生使用music theater的频率高，去那里进行练习或者预演。最终还是会恢复原样，学校还得重新花钱建新教室。

　　Conversation1是校园场景，学生希望即将举办的environmental conference能够邀请更多同学来参加，以便宣传环保。但是employee觉得这次的话题并不是非常interesting，不太合适，而且邀请更多同学的话，原来的场地不够大，容不下太多的人。因此他们讨论之后觉得可以再开一次environmental fair(注意：fair的名词意思是“展会”，job fair就是招聘会)，选更interesting的话题，面向更多的同学，并且可以加入学校最近的一些环保措施，如新建的building和water recycle system。

　　Listening:

　　1. Vikings can rely on fish for food and climate did not change the ocean and the fish, which can be shown in the analysis of their bones.

　　2. When the Vikings left, they carried with them all their valuables which required much time, so they could not have be driven out.

　　3. The formal trade could be cut off, but there existed some other illegal routines al-lowing Vikings to trade with the Europeans. Norwegian King also complained that the illegal trade was hard to control.
