For example, when my sister Jane was in her senior year of college, she decided to take a part-time job in the accounting department of City bank. During her process of working, she got along with her colleagues quite well, seldom made mistakes during the work of calculation, and always accomplishedthe work before other employees. Her excellent working ability, background knowledge and high efficiency so deeply impressed her boss that, at the end of her internship, he offered her a full-time position. As a result, she entered the City bank as an official employee when she graduate, and she is now become a manager in her department.
