　　一.了解常考题型

　　在考试中，虽然人物类话题出现的次数比较多，但是前程百利小编认为在考试的过程中，经常出现的题目类型可以分为两类，常人类和名人类。比如在OG Practice中出现的题目就是考察的对于常人类话题，Choose a teacher you admire and explain why you admire him or her. Please include specific examples and details in your explanation.而在2009-06-05 NA 托福考题的task1中Describe the person you admire most and explain why you admire him or her. Please give your reasons with specific details.就是对一些名人类的考察。

　　二.掌握常用词汇

　　无论托福口语人物类话题怎么考，词汇都是我们掌握答题技巧的基础，所以考生在备考的过程中，一定要掌握这些常用词汇，并且学会灵活熟练的应用，不仅仅要掌握单词的形，还要掌握单词的发音。比如表示人物职业的词汇artist艺术家;choreographer舞蹈编排家;critic批评家，表示人物性格的词汇比如clumsy笨拙的;zigzag曲折的;innocent天真的/无罪的;emotional情绪的/情感的等等。在备考的过程中，考生一定要注意全面的掌握这些词汇。

　　三.掌握万能理由

　　在托福口语人物类话题中，如果考生想要取得高分，仅仅掌握一些基础的词汇是远远不够的，考生还应该掌握一些万能理由。其实不管是常人类话题还是人物类话题，它们之间都是有共通点的，比如，独立，不管是明星，还是老师，学生，家长，独立在中西方文化中都是一个很好的品质，这一点就可以被当成是万能理由，你既用它来回答书中人物的品格，也可以用来回答你喜欢一个明星的原因。比如在回答2011-5-29CN的题目Describe a person that you look up to as a role model. Explain how this person has influenced your life. Include details and examples to support your response.的时候你就可以这样说xxx is really an independent person. For instance, he began to do housework and learn to cook when he was only 8 years old. And at the age of 16, he could totally take care of himself without his parent. And in my point of view, this is quite respectable.
